You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly. ywkk is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
ywkk will never ask for your password via live chat, email or phone. Any communication claiming to be from ywkk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
ywkk accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All three payment methods are fully integrated into the platform and deposits are credited to your ywkk balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ywkk reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
ywkk does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send via bKash, Nagad or Rocket will be credited to your ywkk account. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside ywkk's control.
All deposits are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from ywkk's operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected even in the unlikely event of ywkk ceasing operations.
Withdrawals from ywkk are processed to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. Sports betting markets on ywkk are offered at odds determined by ywkk's trading team. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in and cannot be changed. ywkk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including markets with obviously incorrect odds.
ywkk expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
ywkk monitors all accounts for suspicious activity using automated systems and manual review. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified of the action taken against their account and given an opportunity to appeal through the formal dispute resolution process.
ywkk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that are available to all players directly from their account settings, without needing to contact support. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account pauses of 24 hours to 30 days) and self-exclusion (permanent account closure).

ywkk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ywkk may freeze account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to release funds until the investigation is complete.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment account within three business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
ywkk provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. While ywkk targets 99.9% uptime and invests significantly in platform reliability, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside ywkk's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ywkk's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. ywkk is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
ywkk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ywkk will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Your real money balance will be returned to your registered payment account in full. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that applies to that dispute.
